The Markham Centaurs currently has about 60 members. We are about 45% female and 55% male. We run Saturday mornings at 8:15 and our members take turns hosting the run from their homes. After the run we enjoy social time and a light breakfast provided by the host member. There are usually anywhere from 10-25 people out for a Saturday run.
We are a friendly and social group and provide a great network of support to all of our members, whether you are just a recreational runner or would like to train for a marathon or triathlon. We plan several social events each year including a bowling night in January, a road rally or pub night in the spring, a summer BBQ and a Christmas Party. Annual membership dues are $10.
